We understand the importance of recognizing individual and group achievements at each of our dealerships and at the corporate level. There are several programs to recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions by our fellow co-workers.

Accounting & Administration Guild

It is important to acknowledge the people who are behind the scenes controlling the checks and balances that are essential to operate a large organization. Each year we recognize the Administrative employees who have been committed to the company for a number of years and display the highest level of integrity and work ethic. The recipients of this award truly are positive contributors to office morale and customer service.

Master Sales Guild

The purpose of Master Sales Guild is to honor the exceptional sales personnel with Crown. The sales people that reach this milestone have proven themselves to be extremely motivated by success and strive for first-class customer service. As a recipient of this annual award, they are honored with special recognition and gifts of appreciation.

Technician Guild

The Crown Technician Guild is to recognize those exceptional technicians in the mechanical and collision repair departments of Crown. They exemplify and set an example within the department for self-motivation, pride in their workmanship, and cooperation and leadership with fellow employees. To show appreciation to those employees who receive this honor, they are honored with a variety of Crown's benefits that will recognize their achievements and aide in the continuation of their success.

Service and Parts Advisor Recognition Program

The role of Service Advisor and Parts Advisor is so important to the overall success of Crown, especially in terms of customer satisfaction, that a special recognition program was developed to honor these outstanding individuals. Each month, one Service Advisor and one Parts Advisor for Crown is recognized by the Fixed Operations Director and the Parts Director. The qualifications that set these individuals apart include exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), sales performance, gross profit retention, and enthusiasm.
