Like many single guys going into a "real job," I had hopes and expectations for what I could and would achieve, but I also realized my own need for guidance. Crown has provided much of that guidance and has supported me while I have learned and grown, both personally and professionally. Since I began work at Crown BMW three years ago, I can say I have realized many of my dreams, including owning my own home, driving a great car and, most importantly to me, finding some financial stability. Have the last three years been easy? Definitely not! The growing process is sometimes a painful one, but the joy of seeing hard work pay off, the rush of selling that next car, and the knowledge that I continue to improve at what I do is worth the wait and worth the work. I look forward to the future. I look forward to more growth and more dreams being fulfilled and I am thankful that Crown has provided me a place to see that happen! |

I started in the automotive industry in 1993 as a salesperson for a local Ford dealership in Pennsylvania. After holding several positions from Fleet Sales to Floating Manager, I determined a move south to North Carolina was just what my 40 year old body needed. After all, it’s cold in Pennsylvania. I started with Crown Acura in June 2002 as a salesperson. By September of 2002, I was the Financial Services Manager (F&I) at Crown Volvo. Throughout my career in the automotive industry, my focus was always on the “front” of the store operations, sales. In September of 2005 a Service Advisor position had become available at Crown Volvo. I requested the opportunity to learn the “back” of the house as a Service Advisor. Since then, my focus has been on retaining and growing our service business, as well as, improving service operations daily. I am now the Assistant Service Manager. I am very grateful to Crown Automotive for the opportunities that they have given me and look forward to my future with Crown. |

I came to Crown after graduating from UNCG for a job interview. I was offered a job not knowing anything about cars, but it was a great atmosphere to work in, so I thought I would try it out. Almost five years later I am now the Financial Service Managers (F&I) for Crown Acura, and I love it. |

I graduated from North Carolina A&T with a degree in Chemical Engineering. At that time, my interest was in pursuing a career in Pharmaceutical Sales or Medical Sales. The job hunting process was not going well, so I decided to gain sales experience in another field to make my career goal a little easier. After six months of unsuccessful insurance sales, I took a chance in car sales with Crown Honda in Greensboro. Selling cars was supposed to get me enough sales experience to get myself into the “REAL” sales world. Come to find out, I loved every minute of my job. I enjoyed the product, the people, and the company that I worked for. I was promoted to Financial Services Manager (F&I) pretty quickly, and I learned more than I ever thought I would learn about the auto industry. Now I am a sales manager at Crown Honda, and I still have the same love for this business that I had six years ago when I first started. |

I was born in Hartford, CT into a hands-on, do-it-yourself family and learned automotive repair basics from my father. In 1997, I moved to Apex, NC as a technician with Crown Honda of Chapel Hill and then moved up to shop foreman. A promotion to service advisor followed earning Honda Service Advisor Gold Level Status while in that position. I have been fortunate enough to have earned some of the highest levels of recognition in our industry including the ASE Master Technician award and the Honda Platinum Technician Award. In 2004, Crown promoted me to Service Manager of Crown Nissan of Greenville, SC. I moved back to NC as Service Director of Crown Honda of Charlotte in late 2007. My hobbies are yard work and spending time with my wife and daughter. |

I started as a detailer at Acura Greensboro, and worked in that department for three months. I moved to Honda Greensboro as a parts driver and did that for another three months. I moved over to the retail parts counter as a counterman and worked in that job for two years. I became the Assistant Parts Manager under Scott Sharpe and was announced as the Honda Greensboro Parts Manager in 2000. Except for a brief moment at Crown Honda Volvo in Durham, I have been here ever since. Crown Automotive has provided lots of opportunity for me and my family! |
