Paid Vacation

We understand the importance of giving you paid vacation time to better balance your work career and personal life. All full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation and you are awarded vacation time after just two months with Crown.

Training & Schooling

You will have the opportunity to attend special training programs supported by the Crown University, as well as other industry-related schools. These special training programs are designed to give you the tools to be successful, and to help understand the new and improved products and methods of the automotive industry.

Crown also provides tuition reimbursement for qualifying classes at accredited colleges and universities.

Medical Insurance

Wellness is important to you and to us. Crown provides access to comprehensive medical health care for you and your dependents/domestic partner at a reasonable cost through United Healthcare.

Dental Insurance

Our national dental coverage through United offers you a choice of two plans and a network of dentists for cost savings.

Vision Insurance

While your medical coverage pays for an eye exam every 24 months, you may elect to have additional coverage through Spectera that provides an annual eye exam and covers eyeglass frames, lenses, and contact lenses.

Life Insurance

Crown provides you with $25,000 of Basic Life Insurance and $25,000 of Basic Accidental Death and Personal Loss insurance. ("AD & PL") You may purchase additional supplemental life insurance for yourself, spouse, domestic partner, and/or children.

401K

We offer a 401K tax deferred pension plan with company match administered by Fidelity Investments. You may participate after just 90 days and after one year Crown will match 50% of the any contribution you make up to 4% of your income.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is provided by Live and Work Well, a subsidiary of United Healthcare. This service is provided 100% free of charge and available to all employees and their family members beginning on your first day of employment. The program can help you and your family with counseling, financial planning, legal questions, and much more.

Short Term Disability (STD)

There is a 14 day elimination period. STD pays from the 15th day of disability up to the next 24 weeks. Employees may secure 60% of their income up to a weekly benefit not to exceed $1,850. The premium paid is post tax, therefore if a claim is filled, the money received is not taxable income.

Long Term Disability (LTD)

There is a 6 month elimination period. LTD secures 60% of the pre-disability earnings up to 2 years when disabled from performing the employees current job duties. After 2 years of disability, if the employee can not return to the pre-disability position, he/she would be expected to take another position that they were qualified for and physically able to perform. It the earnings do not come up to 60% of the predisability earnings, Aetna would provide an offset benefit. If the employee is totally disabled Aetna will continue to pay up to the age of 65yrs- only reducing the benefit by any amount that is received from Social Security Disability.

Late enrollees on the Aetna benefits are only available when providing an SOH and are subject to the approval of Aetna.
