Getting Oriented
When can I expect to start?
Once a job offer has been made and the background screening is complete, you will be scheduled for orientation on the following Monday or Thursday. Upon completion of our 6-hour orientation program and when you have supplied the required documentation including valid state driver's license (from the state you currently reside) and original social security card, you will be able to start work the following business day.
If you are starting in a Sales position, you will be able to start work at the dealership after orientation, but will be scheduled to attend the next available "Road to the Sale" training class.
