Crown Hiring Process
Review Applications and Prescreen Candidates
As a one of the premier automotive groups in the southeast and a part of a Fortune 500 Company, we hear from candidates throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. A Recruiter will review your application. Prescreening steps may include a phone interview and an assessment of your qualifications. A recruiter will make the next contact to set up a preliminary interview and arrange for completion of a formal application.
Dealer Interview
After being chosen as a potential candidate based on your prescreen interview and application, the recruitment office will set up an interview with the hiring manager or General Manager of a Crown Dealership. During this more in depth interview, the manager will get to know you better and talk to you about our mutual needs, expectations and our working environment.
Make an Offer
The General Manager will review your application, and decide whether to extend you an offer to work for Crown Automotive. If you accept the offer you will return back to the dealership or to the Recruitment Center and receive paperwork for a Prescreening Drug Test. In addition, Crown will conduct an extensive background investigation, which includes criminal, credit background checks, and DMV report.Â
Notify Candidates Not Selected
If at any point in the hiring process you do not qualify, or a more qualified candidate is selected, you will be notified via e-mail or a letter.
Crown Automotive is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we're committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
